There are two MU meetings (one daytime, one evenings) so that women who work can also join.
People often have a rather old fashioned view of MU and don't realise the fantastic work it does e.g.
- literacy programmes
- prison work
- being in the forefront of campaigning for debt relief in the developing world
- local friendship and fellowship.
